    The texts of Regulations (EC) No 1418/2007, (EC) No 740/2008, (EC) No 967/2009, (EU) No 837/2010, (EU) No 661/2011, (EU) No 674/2012 and (EU) No 57/2013 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the
    Official Journal of the European Union
    , shall be authentic.

    Article 3

    This Decision shall enter into force on 15 February 2014, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made(8).

    Article 4

    This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the
    Official Journal of the European Union
    .

    Declaration by the EFTA States to Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 32/2014 of 14 February 2014 incorporating Commission Regulation (EC) No 1418/2007 and its amending Acts, Commission Regulation (EC) No 740/2008, Commission Regulation (EC) No 967/2009, Commission Regulation (EU) No 837/2010, Commission Regulation (EU) No 661/2011, Commission Regulation (EU) No 674/2012 and Commission Regulation (EU) No 57/2013 into the Agreement

    ‘Commission Regulation (EC) No 1418/2007 and its amending Acts deal with export of waste to third countries. The incorporation of these Regulations is without prejudice to the scope of the EEA Agreement.’
